Initial Consultation

At the initial consultation we will listen as you outline for us your thoughts, concerns, ideas, budget and needs.   The next step then will be to define the proposed project and to create a basic project concept.  We will discuss budgets, time frame, and concerns.  The goal is for NVACC to fully understand your project, needs, and budget.  We will also fully explain our role and methods.

Feasibility Study & Preliminary Design

Once a preliminary design or concept has been created and agreed upon, we will start working on your project specifications.  It is during this stage that we will take precise measurements, create initial sketches & drawings, begin to define material selections, and check on zoning restrictions.  This will provide you with a better understanding of what is involved in the process as well as a rough budget of costs.  This gives you a clear view of your real costs and time frames.

Material Selections & Final Design

Once contracted, an NVACC representative will work with you to create a custom design concept and personally guide you through product selection, ultimately presenting you with a final plan. Once you’ve approved the design and finalized product selections, the final draft can be priced for prompt and professional installation.

Construction
During the construction phase of the project you will be kept informed during the entire process.  Any questions, decisions or problems that arise will be brought to your attention and the details and resolution worked out before moving forward.   Once the project is completed, we will walk through the project with you and develop a "punch-list" for all final items. After completion we will inspect with you to assure your satisfaction, establishing a quality product, satisfied customer, and a completed project.  Lastly, we will check in with you after 6 – 12 months to confirm your satisfaction, check any warranty issues and provide you with gift certificates to provide to your friends and family.  Once endorsed by you this will give your friends and family a nice discount on any future projects they may have.
